A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Refund Eligibility

          We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns for the following reasons

               1. Incorrect items received (Wrong flavor/design)

               2. Damaged items upon arrival

  • Time Frame

          If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24-72 hours of delivery to initiate a refund. 

  • Process for Refunds

          To request a refund:

               1. Contact our customer service at 615-418-6651 or penny@pennyssugarrush.com

               2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  • Refunds

          Once we receive and review your return request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be   

          processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.                                                         

  • Non-Refundable Items

          Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of opened or partially eaten products. 

  • Exchanges

          We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If you require a different item, please place a new order.
